Piedmont Skydiving is less than an hour outside of Downtown Greensboro, just 45 minutes south past the intersection of I-73 and 1-85 (near Wet’n Wild). Then, we’re just 6 minutes off of I-85 S towards Charlotte.

Directions from Greensboro vis I-85 South
Take I-85 S to US-601 N/Jake Alexander Blvd S in Salisbury.
Follow signs for I-85 BUS S/High Point/Charlotte. Continue on I-85 South for about 40-50 minutes. Then, take exit 75 to merge onto US-601 N/Jake Alexander Blvd S.
Merge onto US-601 N/Jake Alexander Blvd S and continue straight for 1.2 mi. Then, take a slight right onto the US-29/US-70 E ramp to Salisbury/China Grove.
Turn right onto US-29 S/US-70/S Main St, and continue to follow this road for 1.6 miles, past the signs for Rowan County Airport. At the Speedway gas station, turn right onto Airport Rd. Continue straight past the Mid-Carolina Regional Airport sign and United Beverages of NC. After a short 1/2 mile, you’ll see signs for Piedmont Skydiving. Take a right into our parking area, and follow the signs to the check-in building.
