Learning to Skydive

Piedmont Skydiving (Salisbury, NC) staff made my first ever experience about a 100 out of 10! The skydiving itself was amazing. The staff was just as awesome…from checking in for my appointment, to meeting my 1st tandem instructor, Skye. He is energetic, personable, & funny. I decided to follow up my 1st jump with an encore. Derek took me up and I did my 1st ever high-altitude jump and it was double the fun! Derek made it a wonderful experience. He was just as excited for me as I was. He went out of his way to tell me things from a technical standpoint once he found out I was interested in getting licensed. I would be doing their student program soon if not for my busy work schedule. I highly recommend this place ‼️

Man, this experience was life altering-- in the best of ways! Derek was such a bright instructor. He definitely added a whole layer of calm, security, and inspiration to the experience. Very grateful to have celebrated my 23rd birthday in this way. I'll be back soon! This is going to be an expensive hobby...

Even on a 48 degree cloudy day, they still made this the best day of my life!!!! I would advise you they have port-a-potties and no indoor hangout area in case you were trying to skydive on off peak seasons, this is what you should expect! I’m definitely skydiving again with them in the summer!

Absolutely amazing! Everyone is extremely professional and they go over the details of your jump a few times to ensure you know the drill. GET THE GOPRO package deal! The jump lasts about 5 minuets but it’s so quick you’ll need the video and photos to reflect and remember your experience. All in all, highly recommend going and bringing someone along. It’s a great experience.

Amazing experience! Piedmont Skydiving & my jumper Dakota made everything as smooth as possible, 10/10 will definitely be using them again. Picture/video package was very timely and top notch!
