Today is Mom’s 60th bday, so my brother & I went up with her! It was the first time for all three of us & was absolutely FANTASTIC. Derek was my tandem, and he made it so easy & fun. All of the professionals were joking around and keeping things light & loose. It really helped with our nerves & we appreciated that a great deal. Thank you to all for a great experience.

Piedmont's AFF program is by far the best one I have ever encountered. Everyone at the dropzone is a family and will welcome you with open arms, even as a student. Be prepared to have people cheering you on throughout your whole program and then have the best sky fam there could ever be! They have a huge landing area (which is super helpful when you're a baby canopy pilot), incredible instructors, and an awesome plane. I'd recommend this program to anyone in a heartbeat!

This was my 2nd jump with this crew and it was another unforgettable experience. I was slightly less anxious this time but it was still intense. My jump instructor Derek was super chill, thorough & reassuring with over 6,000 jumps logged. If you've never gone skydiving before, you owe it to yourself to go tandem jumping at least once in your life. It's natural to be nervous AH, but a couple seconds after taking the plunge, it fades into surrealness when you feel yourself become one with gravity - the wind resistance is pleasantly deafening and after the chute opens, you get to enjoy the slow glide back down to mother earth. Once your feet are back on the ground, you're immersed in a euphoric wave of adrenaline and wonderment that you wish could last forever. You'll be daydreaming about it for a looooong time ???????????? I can't wait for #3!

Piedmont Skydiving was an insanely awesome experience. From check in to flight prep, to the actual jump, everyone was friendly and helped make the experience incredible. I had Chris as my jump instructor and he was the best! 10/10 experience!!!

Fantastic experience! Matt,the fellow I jumped tandem with,was funny & professional. He made me feel at ease and definitely seemed to know his job well. Don’t wait twenty years to jump like I did,go tomorrow! Apparently I didn’t get enough the first time,as I booked a second jump soon after we landed. “If you want to be dumb,you gotta be tough.”
