You are eligible for a First Responder Discount if your current occupation is any of the following (unless otherwise noted)

A first responder is a person with specialized training who is among the first to arrive and provide assistance or incident resolution at the scene of an emergency, such as an accident, disaster, medical emergency, structure fire, crime, or terrorist attack.

  • Emergency medical technician (EMT) or Paramedic
  • Firefighter – career, volunteer (federal included)
  • Fire medical officer
  • Fire Dept. Commissioner or Lieutenant
  • Police officer (federal, state, and local)
  • Sheriff’s deputy
  • State trooper
  • Tribal police
  • School resource officer

    Had an amazing experience the entire way through the process, the employees here are top notch. My instructor Kyle was fantastic and has ignited a passion in me for jumping, I can't say enough good things about him and the experience altogether. I started with the high altitude jump and it was absolutely as advertised. I immediately went and booked a second jump with Kyle, so I made my first two jumps today and couldn't be more thankful for the attention to detail and the overall experience.     I did my first jump at Piedmont Skydiving in 2019 as a form of therapy after a personal tragedy. Little did I know that this growing North Carolina Drop Zone, the staff of extreme athletes, & Jerry, our everyday pilot would play a major life role in my healing & life story. The staff is top notch & show intense professionalism while also showing extreme love & support. The staff follows safety regulations, precisely, & I am one hundred percent confident in putting my life into their hands. I am now an Accelerated Free fall student and wouldn't trade this experience for anything. It's an ultimate life highlight. I highly recommend this specific DZ. The camaraderie is equally as rich as the jumps.
