How do I make a reservation?
Click “Book Online Now”, choose the “Prepaid Tandem” option, you will be required to make a $50 deposit if you book online, your $50 deposit will be refunded once you check-in at our facility or applied to other video or merchandise options. You can also make a reservation by calling (704) 603-7920, no deposit is required for call-in reservations.
Why can’t I enter my Groupon Voucher code in the reservations system?
You do not need to enter your voucher code to book online. Simply bring your Groupon Voucher with you when you check-in.
How long will the entire process take?
On average, expect to spend about 2-3 hours with us from start to finish. This can vary depending on weather delays and other circumstances. You’ll spent approximately 30 minutes filling out our waiver and getting checked-in, followed by 15 minutes learning the basics of tandem skydiving, 15 minutes getting geared up, then a 20 minute plane ride before you jump. If you purchased a video package, we try to get your video to you via USB about 15 minutes after you land.
